Hobby/DIY PCB Stencils


So yeah, I wrote custom firmware for a Cricut CRV001 (I think that's what it is) so now it shows up as a serial device in linux
and I send it GCodes and it cuts out solder paste stenciles from projector transparancies.
It doesn't work very well but it's moderately useful for low accuracy jobs.

As you can see, it has issues with how the drag knife turns it's radius as the direction is changed.

Some clever pre-emphesis or de-emphesis or something is needed obviously. Or just put a laser on it.
